We have an upcoming vacancy for a full time person to fill a maternity leave position commencing ASAP. This role will be responsible for supporting the farm managers in day to day administrative activities as well as directing queries & phone calls. In order to be successful in this role, applicants should have an administration background in the thoroughbred racing industry, be competent in Office 365 and have experience with the Ardex horse management system or similar.
You will need attention to detail, time management and excellent interpersonal skills to be successful in this position.
Salary negotiable based on the Clerical Award (Level 4).

Wild Oaks Pty Ltd. is a Thoroughbred spelling and conditioning facility located at The Oaks, near Camden in the Sydney area is seeking a fit and focused Farm Hand to join the team. Horse experience of a high level is required as this position requires feeding all the agisted horses on the farm on a twice-daily basis plus other horse-related tasks such as moving horses around the farm, and into into-and out-of the stable complex, etc.
Other tasks include, but are not limited to:
- general farm maintanace
- use of mowers, tractors, chainsaws, brush-cutters etc

Relevant experience with these tools and tasks will be well received.

This is a full time position, working Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm, plus EVERY SECOND WEEKEND.
