Wayne down in the mud and slush fixing a pipe. He had to do it all by himself, as I wad out of commission with badly bruised ribs. No...not him, the same trench he is in. I got my foot caught in the trench.

Nice clean water trough. We use trough blocks to make sure the water is always clean. Of course in Gough Plastics troughs. They are UV stable and have the most reliable floats I have seen

This is what I offer on my agistment.
Large clean paddocks.
Electric high standard fencing.
Own shelter.
Own gravity fed high quality uv stable trough. This means water never gets turned off unless it is broken. Then we fix immediately.
Own tack shed. Large functional wash area with pressure wash. Roll stalls sanded and lined.
Beautiful large sanded and lit round yard.
Big arena with barrels etc.
Drive right to the gate of your paddock. Close to trail ride and Bartlett Park rodeo ground.
No shared paddocks. You paddock is you private paddock.
Free float parking. Hospital stall.
Trough cleaned weekly.
All horses and fencing checked daily.
Hay service if required .
Worming service if required . Friendly agistee's who will help. Many long term agistee's.
Feeding for small fee.
All sealed road to property gate.
Paddocks do not flood.
Owner has life time experience with horses.
Owner lives on site.
I offer love and care when your not there.

No bath tubs or blue tubs. Only UV treated poly auto troughs from Gough Plastics right here in Townsville. Easy clean and reliable , they offer quality water to horses. Soft rounded edges with outstanding float. Water is vital but reliable water is essential. Checked daily and cleaned weekly.
