Hi everyone just a quick post to say as of now grooming services are not closing due to the covid-19 pandemic... HOWEVER this may not stay the case for long, given that there is no specific time line as to how long a lock down could last if it happens I urge people to consider this when choosing a style for pet in the coming weeks. If you can't commit to thoroughly brushing your dog it may be a good idea to get a shorter cut to allow extra time between hair cuts if it is needed.

I'm sorry I wasn't my normal bubbly self. I haven't slept well in days.

I'm sorry I ran late today.
I had to take several breaks cause I was crying.

I'm sorry your dog's haircut wasn't as good as I usually do it.
My hands were shaking today.

I'm sorry your dog seems more anxious.
Your dog is so receptive and certainly felt it from me.

I'm sorry it's expensive.
I did my best today to keep cost down. And I even did a free nail grind to help your pet not have it's nails grow out too fast.

I'm sorry I didn't leave your pets' hair longer.
It was matted today and I worried I don't know when I'll see it again so I put into a more manageable level for you.

I know you are stressed out. I'm scared too. Thank you for entrusting your pets with me because they all reminded me why I love this career.
