Playing 'leave it' and 'catch it' game.

I'm dropping food all the time and when I say 'leave it' Lexi immediately reacts and not catching those. I like her funny face at the moment when food is bumping her nose 😄

Perfect and very fun game for teaching your dog to distinguish 'leave it's command from any other words.
Lexi was playing this for the first time, so a couple of mistakes were made, but anyway I was very proud of her. She did soooo well 🥰🥰🥰

I want to show you a perfect game to play with your dog. Easy, very enjoyable and soooo good for your dog's behaviour improvement.

Benefits it brings to your dog when played regularly:
- great mental stimulation
- developing confidence, creativity and flexibility in problem solving
- prolonged focus
- dealing with novelties
- growing calmness as it is a passive activity which doesn't involve too much excitement and movement
- growing overall confidence

This game is good for every dog but is it absolutely essential for those dogs that have struggles with reactivity, over-arousal, lack of calmness and confidence.

Glad to share a new puzzle toy experience that Lexi had the other day. She clearly enjoyed it but this toy has its own pros and cons as usual. Hope this video will help you to figure out whether this toy would suit your dog or not.

I'm often asked what to do if dog doesn't like grooming, cleaning ears or trimming claws.
I've got the same problem - Lexi doesn't allow me to do neither of the above, so I teach her to accept it and stay calm 🙂

From this video you can learn how this kind of training may look like.

Please remember to go slow and gradually with this training, otherwise you may scare the dog and it will become hard to improve. It might take even a few weeks depending on how bad the problem is before you will be able to cut fist nail or give a good brush.

First time off-leash! 🤩🤩🤩 Happy-happy-happy!!! Yay 😍

It took longer then I expected, but Lexi's condition turned out worse than it seemed when we took her. She used to be extremely nervous, anxious, fearful as she's never been adapted to a big world.

After 5 months of training, socialisation and adaptation I could trust her enough to let her off-leash in this deserted area.

There is one more great toy which provides perfect exercise for active dogs.

To make it you need just 4-5m of a thick cotton rope and a plastic tube (1m approx.). Knit a few knots on one end of the rope and your toy is ready. Dogs love chasing. Playing this toy helps to spend much energy by your dog and it requires minimum effort from you. So everybody is happy 🤩

Remember - good dog is a tired dog 😆

It's so great to see Lexi making new friends! Just a few months ago she couldn't tolerate any dog even on a distance, but now she is so happy to have fun with her own kind. It's not the end for sure and there is a long way to go, but anyway it's always nice to see such a beautiful result of regular training.

Hi my friends :)

As many of you know I adopted Lexi 3 weeks ago. She has never been trained and therefore I got her with pretty serious behavioral issues, such as aggression to dogs and human due to anxiety and lack of socialization, so I am working hard on helping her. She is doing pretty well and in this video you can see what you can achieve after just 2.5 weeks of everyday training. There is nothing magical, just one hour a day dedicated to quality time spent with your dog. This is our ordinary evening walk.

Currently I'm training Lexie - a rescue Murrey River Reteiver. It's her 3d day with me. I am going to adopt her if everything goes well between us. She's got no education at all so I teach her some manners and rules. 😊
