If you live in Central Saanich, please consider providing input on this proposal. Allowing an additional house on ALR land is one step toward maintaining our farmland and horse businesses. As everyone knows, workers are becoming so difficult to find. Being able to offer housing is a positive step toward attracting staff and maintaining these properties within families.

1. 12 yr old 16.1 gelding. Athletic quirky and full of personality with beautiful movement. Unlimited potential with the right person. Would consider a sale.
2. 20 yr old 16.2 gelding. Spunky and happy to go riding. Flat work, poles, ground work and hacking around the property.
3. 17 yr old 16.2 mare. Very sweet and patient schooled up to 3rd level. Very safe but does like a specific ride to bring out the best in her.
