Pack member Pinot is having a good time staying with us at Camp Horizon!
Okay, so we’re long overdue for a social media update. Better late than never right?
Although things were going swell for us in Calgary, in 2023 we had a desire for big change, it was time for a move. We wouldn’t trade our time in Calgary for the world but Alberta winters were simply feeling too long and cold for us. In December 2023 we sold the mobile pet salon, packed up our lives and embraced a new chapter. We’re now spending our springs and summers in northern Alberta doing wildfire detection and you’ll find us on the west coast in the opposite season.
When we moved out of Calgary, we passed the dog walking torch to our trusted pack leader, John. John had been working with us for years prior to us stepping aside to let him take over. It’s tough not seeing our clients more often but we know that they are in great hands with John and that makes us happy.
Stay tuned for updates about grooming services that will be available on Vancouver Island starting in December. We also continue to offer our pet boarding services although we’re no longer in one location year round. Our pet boarding schedule can be found on our website.
