A very successful first ride out of the arena, this is just what the doctor ordered for this mare!
I think itās so important to remember to get your horses out of the arena and on some adventures. Rule of thumb for me make sure they have good steering, wicked breaks and some really great riding buddies with broke horses.
Building your young horses confidence is key to a solid, successful horse!
I feel like I could lope this colt all day! Heās sooo smooth and balanced and just gets better and better each ride!
Ride 11 on this two year old gelding. Iām overwhelmed by the try on this little horse and canāt wait to have him come back next year!
While Iām coming to the end of my season, I think about some of the really cool young horses I had the pleasure of starting. This is a two year old mare, 15th ride, was sent home to do some growing not long after this video. Iām sure pleased the minds and willingness of these young horses!
Everyone got the day off today šØ and some sure enjoy the feeling of fresh shavings!!!!
Patience is all I can say!! Haha I am not at all talented with a rope, honestly not even a clue how to throw one ļæ¼but Holly put up with me swinging one around so I could get a video of her with a ropeļæ¼ tonight.
First time dragging the tire around on Holly. Pretty impressed with this mares try even when she getting nervous. Who ever buys this pretty girl is sure going to be lucky!
One last ride on Connie before she heads home! Such a fun little horse!
Welcome back Connie!
Connie is a three year old draft cross.
Has 11 rides total. 7 from last fall and 4 rides this spring! Iām really happy how hard Connie tries and how light sheās feeling. Rick Gauthier
Thanks Kelly Gailey for coming out to take some vids for me! ā„ļø
Second ride out and about around the property for this guy and heās proving to be a very willing and quiet guy! Thanks Kynochās for trusting me with your new youngster!
