No-Show Policy in effect immediately🐾

At Andrea’s Pampered Pets, we value our
customer’s time and our groomer’s expertise. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, we have implemented the following no-show policy:
- If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid any charges.
- We offer a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged $25 late fee on top of your appointment cost and your pet will be here longer then usual.
- If you fail to cancel and do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a $30 no show amount on top of the next appointment.
- After three no-shows, you will lose your privileges to make appointments and will only be able to be seen as a walk-in.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to communicate with us if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please help us respect our groomer’s time and other customer’s appointments by adhering to this policy.

It’s that time of year and our phones have been busy!! We are completely booked til the new year! We do have a cancellation list going. If you wish to have your pet on the list please call 780-831-1350. We will still have walk in toenail trims between 8:30 and 3:30 Monday to Saturday.

Please remember to prebook your pets appointments!! We are now booking for July 20th. We cannot switch appointments or “squeeze” your pet in. We are no different then your own personal hairdresser or doctor, when we are fully booked we are booked.

With our busy season now here, we would like to remind our lovely clients to book a head of time or book your pet’s next appointment at pick up. We are now fully booked til May 31st!
We are like hairdressers for humans, once we are booked we can not “squeeze” pets in or any last minute changes. If your pet can not wait til our next opening please feel free to call the shop and we will direct you to another groomer🐾
Also walk in nail trims are still $10 Monday to Saturday 8:30 to 3:30.
