Feeding at 5pm ( 4pm in winter) cleaning paddocks and shelters, filling waters, setting up hay and grain for next feeding, general barn tidy.

Looking for a part- time barn worker. Various feeding and cleaning shifts. No turn in/out. A unique position as we are a co-op barn so you would be working for individual owners and covering their shifts horses. Cleaning can be done at any time so lots of flexibility. Weekend availability required.

Companion/ 1st Pony. 20+ year old 14hh Quater Pony mare. Healthy but does require grain/soaked cubes. Looking for a home where she will get more attention and be turned out with other horses. Loves attention, great for lead line/up down type riders. Safe, sound and bomb proof. Gets along with other horses - low on pecking order. Free lease only, needs to stay in lower mainland so I can keep an eye on her

Live-In Barn Worker. Schedule: Mon-Fri AM and PM Feeding/Cleaning - Approx. 3 hours a day. Max 10 horses. Clean well laid out facility with great horses and boarders. In exchange for clean, bright, 1 bedroom above barn suite, with laundry. Board for 1-2 horses available. Additional work available @ $15 an hour to start.
