We have now added half hour sessions to our booking options. Half hour sessions are great for puppies and low income individuals. Puppies get tired if training fairly quickly and we want to ensure everything is fun and positive for them.

They are currently $40 per half hour, so exactly the same as an hour, just cut in half.

We had the pleasure of meeting Remy today. An amazingly smart boy who I see a lot of potential in. The best part? He is Izzy's brother. I cant wait to show his progress as it comes along.

After a long, bad year last year, we are ready to help again.

Starting September 1st we will be accepting new bookings and start with new dogs!

I added a booking feature on the page so you can just book your next appointment, but we still dont mind you messaging the page for questions.

Here are some recent photos. Yesterday, Abby (grey newfie pup) did some pressure/release work, and worked on ignoring her big brother, Teddy, while on leash.

We got super lucky, and got to work on exposure to running water, kids, and strange dogs walking past us. All while staying close on leash and continuing her auto sits when we stop walking. This helps ensure she doesnt walk into traffic.

With a puppy of that breed, we want to make sure she is as good as possible with leash walking and sounds in her surroundings, because she is going to be a massive dog.

Here is a photo of Teddy that is two weeks old I believe. Teddy is an anxious teenager who is responding well to un learning old habits and learning new ones. He was working on place and sitting instead of jumping.

These two are a pleasure to work with, but I wanted to share their photos.

We are seeing a lot of Covid puppies lately.

What are Covid puppies?

Covid puppies are puppies that were impulse bought during the pandemic. They’re typically purchased by people who aren’t experienced with puppies, which can then lead to the puppy not being trained properly.

This is also bringing in a lot of dogs who are teenagers/in the fear period.

Although you are struggling, we want to make sure we help. We don’t want your dogs pulling you down, we want you guys to have a calm walk.

This is a video from Tuesday. Izzy is still adjusting to the new way we want her to walk, but with practice, we can make this automatic for her. This was a very happy moment for Izzy and her owner.

Today we worked with Alison and Izzy!

Izzy is an Australian shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix with some nervousness, reactivity, and a bit of frustration.

Today we showed them how to handle a reactivity episode, worked on some playground equipment for confidence boosting, then the bench, and then onto the playground equipment. She did excellent!

We then worked a bit on some engagement exercises and heel work!

We can’t wait to work with Izzy again!

Hi!

Unfortunately we managed to catch Covid. It could be from the elevator, or Costco from getting our boosters. We will never know!

Due to the current circumstances, we will be taking time off. Please don’t inquire during this time, so I can force myself to take my time and heal.

We will be back into it as soon as we are healed!

Active clients will still receive anything promised, just virtually.

We no longer offer help with service dogs unfortunately, but we want to help reactive, excited, under stimulated, dogs and puppies.
