Follow up on Birdies teeth cleaning.
As with any video that reaches a large audience, we did receive some negative comments. I would encourage anyone who has heard negative things about our industry to keep an open mind. There are many advancements happening in the non-anesthetic dental industry for pets and there is a growing number of ethically inclined technicians who are working hard to spread awareness and educate the public on the pros, cons and complications surrounding our industry.
Although not many Vets support our service, there is a time and a place for sedation-free teeth cleaning and we are passionate about helping people understand the guidelines and know what to look for when choosing a hygienist for your pet.
