Meet Banana!

She is an approximately 1 year old kitty that was initially found as a stray. She has been dewormed, vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. She is VERY sweet - always up for cuddles and loves to just sit in your lap, purring away! She gets along with everyone she meets - adults and children! She has been fine around dogs, but has shown some dislike for other cats so an ideal home would require either a very astute owner who is willing to work through a slow introduction or a home with no other cats!

A Message About Our Beautiful Peyton

Most of our clients have had the pleasure of being greeted by the “Receptionist in Charge” Peyton. It is with great sadness for our team to announce that on Friday she made the transition over the Rainbow Bridge at the age of 20.

She was fortunate enough to be surrendered to our care in 2020, and get an extra 4 years of cuddling, pets, kisses and love from our staff and clients. She soaked up every bit of affection she got, pushing everything off the counter in her way 😊

Our team will miss her dearly, and we know our clients will too.

Congratulations to all the winners of our raffle draw that took place yesterday! Especially our lucky Grand Prize Winners, Lori and Glen Sheffield and their fur family members Bubba and Rickie! 🐱🐱

We also want to thank everyone who participated in the raffle, purchased decorations made by our very own Dr. Sarah, and put something in our Fare Share donation bin. We raised over 500.00 for our Oscar Fund, and collected well over 125lbs of food and necessities for the Food Bank!!

Please note that do to a shortage of reception staff, our clinic will be closed during lunch hours this week from 1pm to 2pm Monday to Friday. We will be business as usual on October 30th.

**Missing Pet**
A little Black Snoodle by the name of Maggie went missing approximately 2hours ago in the area of Brown St and Walton St in Port Hope. She is 11.5 years old and is only visiting the area. If you find her please let our clinic know and we can connect you with the owner. Please share, and let us hope for her safe return!
