We are down to ONE quarter of WAGYU CROSS beef left for sale. The steers are headed to butcher in a few weeks and meat will be available for pick up in late January. This is the only time of year we sell quarters so don’t miss your opportunity to get some wagyu in your freezer for a great price! What price you are wondering? These quarters are selling for $6.50/lb hanging weight, which means that you get approximately 80 lbs of wagyu beef in your freezer for about $1000. You definitely won’t find that price buying wagyu at Costco!

We have Purebred Wagyu meat available locally! 28 days aged, purebred Wagyu meat raised from birth on our family farm near Turner Valley, AB. Grass-fed, grain finished at 30 months with a genetic tenderness score of AA9 and a Beef Marble Score of 8. This meat is tender as can be with that classic buttery Wagyu flavour. You won’t find better locally raised Purebred Wagyu for less. This is not a cross like most wagyu available for purchase in Canada but purebred beef of the highest quality.

We have Fillet Mignon, Ribeyes, New York Steaks, Sirloins, Flat Irons, Skirt Steak, Tri Tip, Flank Steak, Chuckeye, Cross Rib Steaks, Brisket, Shorts Ribs, Stewmeat, Ground, and more!

The kids are here! Shadow gave us a blue-eyed buckling and a brown-eyed doeling on Friday, and Sally gave us two blue-eyed doelings on Tuesday. With all five cows calved out(three bulls and two heifers), we only have one more pregnant mama on site - little S'mores who is due in early June.
