Wayne Hill is the owner and operator of Hill-Cress Dog Haven. Wayne is trained in Animal Acupressure, with many years of study in Alternative Health Care. If you haven't yet tried out Uncle Wayne's Homemade Dog Food, swing by Hill-Cress and bring some home to your little sweetie! Uncle Wayne's Homemade Dog Food is made from all-natural ingredients including local meats and vegetables, as well as essential oils and herbs. It is available for purchase at Hill-Cress in frozen take-home containers in various portion sizes. We also carry brand name all-natural dog food in bags and dog treats. Dog Rescue and Adoption
At Hill-Cress Dog Haven we offer Animal Rescue and Adoption services. We encourage you to send anyone looking for a pet to our site to view our featured dogs each week. These animals are loving creatures in need of a warm home and affectionate owners to help them make it. It makes us very sad that so many people take a pet home and then they realize that it takes more love and care than they are willing or able to give. That's where we step in and strive to find a kind and loving family to adopt them. We nurture and care for dogs both big and small at Hill-Cress, and do everything we can to help them find the right family. When we take in rescued animals, all the money spent to care for these sweethearts comes from our own pocket as well as from assistance by those of you who make donations to help with our cause. Our adoption fees are a minimum donation of $200, and this money goes right back into funding our Dog Rescue efforts. Thank you in advance for your love and support. PLEASE NOTE: When adopting one of our "kids", please keep in mind we DO NOT adopt them out to be free roaming! We expect them to be part of a loving family, with a safely fenced yard for play; an inside/outside pet that is very much part of your family. We will not make exceptions. Before choosing a new pet, if you are a renter please make sure your landlord has no issue with you having a pet. Keep in mind that you are making a lifelong commitment to care for your new best friend... And we are here to help you in choosing the right best friend for you!
