Hello everyone with the increasing amounts of clients not showing up for their appointments I wanted to address a few things.

I am only one person and all of my appointments are one on one so I only have so many appointments available. When you do not show up for your appointment you are taking a spot away from someone else and I am losing income.

I understand life is busy and changes in schedules happen but I will be implementing a late cancellation and no show fee.

Late Cancellation and No Show Fee
- Less than 24 hours notice or no show you will have to pay a fee of 50% of your dogs groom before booking your next appointment.
-Being 10 minutes late for your appointment is considered a No show.
-After 3 no shows you will have to put down a nonrefundable deposit of the price of your dogs groom.
