Hoping all our clients are safe and having a great summer ! We are currently on holidays ( and recovering from surgery) but will be back in action mid July . Please note if you have not yet received your next appointment, we do have you in order and will be in contact as soon as we return and will be answering any left messages at that time .

To our valued clients , unfortunately I have had to undergo Emergency surgery on my hand , we are still working at this time , however , thus resulting in delays and postponing of some existing appointments at this time and apologize for any inconveniences this may cause .We appreciate your patience and understanding and will be working around the clock in this heat , to do our best in getting everyone taken care of in a timely fashion .
We would also like to take this time to encourage our regular cliental ( if not already done so) to please check your calendars and prebook your future appointments to the end of this calendar year as we are filling up extremely quickly to avoid any disappointment.

Due to a State of Emergency issued by the RM and a Evacuation notice by the Province, we are experiencing a bit of wait times in appointments and delays . We will be trying our best to get all our clients taken care of in a timely fashion and thank you for your continued support, understanding and patience in this time . Please leave a detailed message when calling to book a apt including breed of dog and what area of the city you are located so we may be able to accommodate you quicker. We will be calling all our customers back in order of messages received
We are doing everything to make sure all appointments are taken care of as we are on the road and working through this for you ,so please also contact us if you have a exhisting apt and are effected by any of the floodwaters

Join us from December 1-December 10th on select Afternoons/Evenings, where all our “nail trim”proceeds from our Mobile unit will be directly donated to Ritchot Senior Services to help out our Community Seniors with a Great Holiday Season!

The Mobile unit is out in full swing even in these blustery weather conditions, we ask for your patience and understanding in delays in appointment times due to road conditions but we will do our best to get to everyone in these times .
Our Mobile is a fully contained Salon and does not require plugging into your power or water supply, we run strictly off our own generators and have our freshwater and grey water tanks , so that we are able to fully groom your dogs no different then in the stationary Salon
Appointments are filling fast , so please don’t wait until the last minute to book as we don’t want to disappoint
Diamond Edge Dog Salon will be closed All Day on every Remembrance Day in support of all our Veterans

We are working hard to get everyone booked, we have been working a few evenings and today which is normally our day off, if you need to get your puppy booked please try and book a week or two in advance, especially if it's a larger dog. We can't thank you all enough for your support and understanding.
Wanted to take a minute to thank all of our customers for the amazing support we've received in our new venture, all of the recommendations have kept us hopping, some days until 8 pm. For those that we haven't gotten in yet, we will. Thanks all for being so accommodating when we've been ahead of schedule and so understanding when we're behind. It's been a great ride so far.
Day 2 of our Mobile grooming experience and we now have 2 pool invites and freshly baked cookies, they were still warm and had no chance of getting cold, THANKS Jan! We have the best customers and we cannot express how grateful we are that you are continuing to support us through this big change!!!
