* نظام الإستضافة *
١- أن يكون الأليف محصن بأخذ كافة التطعيمات اللازمة تحديدا السعار والديدان والحشرات مع إحضار دفتر التطعيمات الخاص بالأليف والرخصة الخاصة به.
٢- يتم الحجز بميعاد مسبق لإستضافة الأليف على الأقل ٤٨ ساعة.
٣- التسليم بميعاد متفق عليه مسبقا فلا يحق للعميل القدوم للاستلام من تلقاء نفسه أو تغيير موعد التسليم المتفق عليه دون الرجوع إلينا للتنسيق لتحديد موعد جديد للتسليم.
* Hosting system *
1- The pet must be vaccinated by receiving all the necessary vaccinations, specifically rabies, worms, and insects, along with bringing the pet’s vaccination record and its license.
2- Booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance to host the pet.
3-Delivery at a pre-agreed time. The customer does not have the right to come to receive it on his own or change the agreed upon delivery date without consulting us to coordinate setting a new date for delivery.
