It helps to start preparing your pet as early as possible for fireworks and the earlier you start, the easier you’ll both likely find it.
If you’re thinking of getting a pheromone infuser, it’s important to do this at least a few weeks in advance for them to take effect.
When the big day comes around, here are a few tips to keep everyone safe!
1.) Keep them indoors! Keep your pets in the house before nightfall, and shut any windows, doors, blinds and curtains so they can’t run off if they do become frightened.
We also advise you to make sure blinds and curtains are closed so any flashing lights are out of view.
2.) Make a safe cosy space 🧺 Provide a comfortable space just for them such as a den in an area they feel safe and secure in ✨
3.) Keep them occupied 🦴🪀🧸 It may help to play some music or turn on the TV to mask the loud sound of the fireworks. Another way to keep your pets occupied is by giving them toys, treats, or food to distract them.

Client Care Assistant Vacancy.. round 2!😁
New year, New job 🤩
Due to internal staff promotion we are looking for another client care assistant to join our team!
Take a little sneak peak around the practice and meet a few of our friendly faces 🎥🤗
Please visit our website for all the details regarding this exciting role!
https://www.aldeburghvets.co.uk/vacancies/
We know that client care roles in veterinary practice are very popular and therefore we expect to receive a significant number of applications. However, we are more interested in recruiting someone with the ‘right personality’ than requiring previous experience within veterinary practice.
If you are interested, please send your CV to [email protected] 📧
As before, we are asking that you send us a 1-2 minute video telling us a little bit about yourself, and why you’re interested in this role, and what you believe you can bring to our team.
You can send videos via https://wetransfer.com/upload if you are having trouble sending them via email.
The closing date for applications is 5pm on Friday 15th December.
Good luck!😁🤞🏼
