We had a nice bit of rain last night, just what we needed. We are shut next week from Thursday to Sunday for the Well Vale Endurance Event.

Absolutely gorgeous 😍 on the ride this morning. Lots of flowers 💐 butterflies 🦋 hares 🐇 and buzzards 🐦
And the ground is perfect 👌
First piece of long canter work - 11 minutes - all on fantastic grass going.

The ride is looking great, all fences freshly strimmed around and a mown path to ride on with longer grass and flowers at the edges. Ground is really good too 😊❤️👌🍀🌳

We have had a very exciting visitor today. None other than eventing royalty and reigning Badminton winner and European champion Ros Canter Eventing! Ros bought some of her young horses starting their xc education to enjoy the ride.

We are open 🥳

Ground is good in most places, but please ride to the conditions and check the ground around the jumps before jumping .

Hopefully soon it will be as green in the woodland area as last summer 🤩 🌳

We’ve had a few messages recently about when we close for Winter. It all depends on the ground and way or going and we will keep you all updated with any decisions we make! We are currently open and the ground is really good!

With my horses going on their winter breaks shortly, I have small amount of availability for schooling other horses between now and the end of November. £30 for 40/45 minutes at mine, flat or jump. Schooling/competing away from home by negotiation. Bring your horse here once, twice or 3 times a week for a few weeks for a real boost to their education. Possibility of schooling livery. Amateur international event rider, dressage to advanced and sj to foxhunter/1.20, all on home produced horses. Kind but firm, with a clear, fair system, I regularly train with elite 5* riders. No problem/dangerous horses accepted.

Fantastic weekend with our Diversity Day on Saturday and then a group of carriage drivers on Sunday. The ground is good and the weather looks great for this week but we are very quiet, so do get booked and come and enjoy a lovely autumn ride.

A space has come up for our DIVERSITY day on 23rd September at 10am.

One of our riders has had to withdraw due circumstances beyond their control.

We are looking for a rider (or 2) to join a confident rider at 10am who are happy to have a canter and a jump.
