We have been raising money for Northumberland Dog Rescue!

We are donating 50p from every pint of Scooby Brew sold and we now have brand new 2025 calendars available at £10 with 100% of the sale going directly to Northumberland Dog Rescue🐶🐕🍺

Super intelligent and active
Ralph cannot be rehomed with children .
Ideal for anyone wanting to do activities with their dog such as parkour , agility , trail work etc .
Ralph is only to be a family pet and live in the family home .
None of our dogs are to live outside or be working dogs.

COMING SOON

Peggy is a 4 year old Jackawawa. She was a stray and so can be wary of people but usually warms to them quickly.
She was initially worried by big dogs but has happily been living with dogs of all sizes.
She isn't a fan of children so we are looking for a home without children .
She seems fine with the cat.
She's being spayed at the end of this month so will need time to recover before going to her new home but we are taking applications now.
Please remember Peggy can live another 10 years plus so is a long term commitment

Wow wow wow this pair have smashed our expectations. Today Stewart took Lexi into Alnwick. Lexi has been reactive to men and today she walked past so many people and dogs and even noisy builders What a clever girl and well done Stewart . Lexi now greets him like her best friend and is obviously gaining a lot of trust in him . So proud of the pair of them .

Little Arlo went for a walk with his special volunteer Anna today. We double leaded and harnessed him today and this seemed to help calm him some . Thanks to Kim Leaps & Bounds Dogs for her advice and to Anna for her perseverance.

As you probably know we have some dogs who come into our rescue who need quite a bit of work doing before they are ready for adoption. Lexi is one of those dogs. She is reactive to men due to her fear of them. We have been working with Trustee Stewart who has been coming down to play with Lexi and today he put a lead on her for the first time. We will be moving this to outside of the kennels once we have cemented their relationship so that we can get Lexi to look to him and not worry about her surroundings. We will continue to post Lexi’s progress and hope to have her available for adoption in the not too distant future.

A fantastic weekend of fundraising with the Dog Show at @riggandfurrow and then a beach walk from @bamburghcastle to @thebamburghcastleinn. Thanks to everyone involved!
