We have proudly maintained our prices for the last three years and have remained the cheapest throughout the town.
Due to increased operating costs it has become necessary to increase the prices of our dog walks.

We thank you for your support, trust and for choosing us as your dog walker.

As always we still welcome last minute walks & we will try to accommodate as best we can 🙏🏻

Hi all,
Please see attached image as we have now updated our cancellation & payments policy. Admittedly I have been very relaxed over recent years with the both of these policies however to remain sustainable these changes are a must.

Both of these policies are live with immediate effect.
Thank you for your understanding 🙏🏻

⚠️Cancellations⚠️
If for any reason you wish to cancel your scheduled walk(s) please give us much notice as possible.
We would be appreciative if you may provide at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel.
Unfortunately if 48 hours notice is not given you will be charged.
If any unforeseen circumstances arise we will review this case by case and you may not be charged as a goodwill gesture.
Should you wish to reschedule any walks please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.
If 24 hours is not provided you will still be charged for your schedule to walk.

If we need to cancel your walk(s) for any reason whatsoever you shall not be charged.
We aim to provide as much notice as possible and your walk shall be rescheduled or if prepaid given back in lieu.
You will either be notified in person or via our social media pages on Facebook or Instagram.

⚠️Refunds⚠️
We do not offer any refunds.
However refunds or partial refunds may only be given to any prepaid bookings & wish to cancel.
Refunds may be subject to collection & drop off fees.
Please speak to us individually on these matters.

⚠️Payments⚠️
As a client you shall be invoiced by email week to week.
Payments are required in lieu every Friday by 4 pm, following your dogs latest walk.
From 1 August 2023 any late fees will now incur a £5 one off charge.
Unfortunately we do not accept monthly payments.
However, we do accept monthly payments if paying forward to the month ahead.

Hi all.... 🪲🪲🪲🪲🪲
Ticks are absolutely rife at this time of year as we know.
I have already had so many messages this week regarding our regular dogs bringing home ticks.

Please ensure you are taking the necessary precautions to give your dog the best protection.
This can be either in the form of a tablet, spot on or a collar.
