Good morning ☺️ just a friendly reminder if you're calling us can you please leave us a clear voicemail stating your full name and the phone number you wish us to call you back on ☺️

We get a lot of calls where people only leave their name and no number, our phone does not store phone numbers, or saying their number very fast so we can't make it out after replying their voicemail so we have no way of calling you back 😬

If we do not answer it's because we have dogs on the table and we will not leave them unattended, so instead of ringing multiple times please leave us a clear voicemail as stated above and we will get back to you asap ☺️

A couple of things you probably didn't know but sometimes we sit in the baths with the dogs 😅🤭 ... And we wear beekeeper hats when we do De-Shedding treatments because it's snowing with hair🤭 ... No day is the same 🥰🐕🚿🐾 ✂️ ✨

🪲 Flea Dirt looks like this, similar to 'crumbly charcoal' it's a good indicator that fleas are or have been present on your pet - Most often seen on the lower back/near the base of the tail

When the coat is wet the flea dirt will run a rusty red colour as seen in the last photo with the flea comb

A flea comb is really handy to have to check your pet's skin regularly ☺️

*If your dog does have life fleas we will unfortunately not be able to have them in the salon due to the risk of them escaping into the environment and possibly transmitting onto other dogs -

If we do find life fleas we will have to add on a £12 flea charge to de-flea the salon and use our flea shampoo on your pet -

So we always ask you if your pet is up to date with flea and wormer treatment on arrival to avoid this extra charge ☺️
