Unfortunately we’ve had to make the decision to put a late payment fee due to people not paying for there daycare, if payment isn’t made by closing time of the day you’re dogs in - there will be a 10% late payment fee added on.

This decision hasn’t been made lightly but we’ve found we’ve been too lenient and people have took advantage of this.

We hope people understand and appreciate our decision - K9 haven Team 💙
