Our Easter residents are full of beans this morning! Apart from our Onyx in the final pic, he looks miffed! I think it is because he was the last chalet that i cleaned and in turn, last one to be fed!🤭 i shall work backwards tomorrow! 🥰

Please note that from 1st July 2023 our prices will be charged as £12 per day as opposed to per night. We have done this to incorporate a more structured pricing system as opposed to having an after 1pm fee.

Some people feel that by putting their beloved cat into a Cattery, can allow for the cat to feel stressed that he/she is in a different environment. I agree that sometimes this is the initially the case however, at Woodborough we strive to ensure that your cat gets plenty of one to one attention. Especially those that feel initially apprehensive in their new temporary environment. We provide daily updates to you if required, so you can rest assured that they are in the best hands.

A good example is Pepe who came to join us for a week last month. As you can see by the first picture Pepe was very nervous to begin with and took a bit of prompting to come out of her cat box. Eventually, with a bit of food persuasion, out she came. A day later I was able to smooth her without her being scared and by the last day you can see that the minute I walked into the cattery, she came to greet me. By the end of the stay Pepe was confident and content in her surroundings and her owner was happy! ☺️

Majority of cats settle well strait away however now and again we have a nervous cat but with a little TLC we become home from home.
