Christmas is a very busy time for us groomers. Can I please ask that you value our time and be prompt with your appointments. We are working extra hours to accommodate all regular clients in the run up to Christmas, when you don’t show up or call to inform us, that you cannot attend we find this highly inappropriate, and it leaves us a small business out of pocket, we still have increasing overheads to pay.

I understand that difficult circumstances may arise, but a phone call or text is all we need to get your appointment filled.

If you miss an appointment, unfortunately you will not be offered another appointment without paying in full, (Yvonne) at GroomHQ.

Pop up shop on Saturday 2nd September, raising money for Assisi Animal Sanctuary 🐾🐾

Join us on Saturday 2nd September for our very first Pre-loved Pop Up Shop & Frozzys Funday. 🎈🐾
We will be selling lots of second hand pet items with all the proceeds going to Assisi Animal Sanctuary. There will also be some live music to enjoy in our backyard from 2pm. Spot Prizes, Party bags, Frozzys & Fizz will also be available whilst stocks last. 👀
A big thanks to anyone who has already donated pet items for the sale. We are still collecting good condition second hand items up until the event so you can drop them into the store. 🐶

Baby Luna on her first puppy groom at just 13 1/2 weeks old, this is the perfect time to start grooming training. (2 weeks after the final inoculation) When she needs her big girl groom around 6months old, she will be perfectly happy and content to have it done. A well groomed pup is a happy, healthy pup ❤️
