I'm so sorry for the lack of reply's - I was away for Christmas but also lost my mobile phone! So iv had a nightmare trying to get it sorted and get back into my business account!

December Groom Appointments:

🐶 December is completely full, Brooke and I will be working back to back every day from early till late
🐩 Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late we will be unable to fit you in for a full groom but payment will still be required
🐕‍🦺 Please ensure a flea check is carried out before hand - if a dog is found to have fleas we will have to close and cancel all appointments that day - I have no spare days to fit everyone so it would be a disaster! If your dog has fleas, I will ensure I still get them in before Christmas if treated in time (swapping one spot is doable - a full days worth of dogs is not)
🐾 Lastly - thank you so much for choosing Daw Wood Pet Spa, we're excited for lots of Christmas cuddles with your pooches and to get some lovely Christmas photos for you all 📸🎄❤️

Polite Notice: Fleas 🪳

- Please can you ensure you pooch is fully checked for fleas before every appointment
- Please can you ensure you pooch is up to date with all flea & worm treatments
- Please be aware that if I find fleas on a dog I have to cancel the rest of my day to deep clean and flea bomb the salon
- PLEASE don't be upset or embarrassed if I tell you your dog has fleas. I hate being the bearer of bad news and I know in some cases it can't be helped ❤️

I'd like to welcome Brooke to Daw Wood Pet Spa! Today is Brookes first day as a Groomers Assistant and I know she's going to be an absolute natural!

Brooke will be assisting me with the admin, bathing, drying & general day to day running of the salon whilst completing her Customer Service Apprenticeship at college and then hopefully going on to become a qualified groomer!

I know I have the loveliest customers but if everyone could be extra kind to Brooke when making appointments or collecting their pooches 🥰🦮
