Hi everyone!
Unfortunately, I’ve had 5 no-shows this week! This means I’ve had to take a £200 loss, and while I will always try and rebook your dog as soon as I can, I am incredibly busy and this may not be (and sometimes has not been!) possible before their next appointment, meaning not only do I lose out on payment for your missed appointment, your dog is going longer than usual between grooms and may feel quite uncomfortable.
I do understand life gets very busy for all of you, I know I’ve also made mistakes myself with appointments in the past and have been lenient with my cancellation policy due to this, however going forward I will now ask everybody to cover the cost of any missed grooms aswell as paying for the rebooked appointment also.
Can I please ask all of you to check your dogs’ appointments for the rest of the year:
- Have you written them down?
- Have you written them on the correct day?
- Have you written the correct time?
If you haven’t written them down, or you are unsure when they are, please check over any messages I have sent you with the appointment dates on. If we have made appointments in person and you’re unsure when they are, please feel free to drop me a message, I’ll happily send them through for you, or if you want to triple check you have the right dates, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Finally, if you need to change any you have in the future, please let me know with as much notice as possible ☺️
