Polite notice for all my customers:
The majority of you are amazing at brushing your dogs and managing their coats in between grooms, but if a dog comes to me matted then I will NOT be pulling those matts out and hurting the dog, they will be removed with clippers and your dog might not look how you want but my main priority is always the welfare of the dog! It’s your responsibility as an owner to keep your dogs coat Matt free, I cannot wave a magic wand and make your dog look beautiful if it’s come to me in a mess. Remember your dog is my walking advertisement and I wouldn’t do anything to purposely make a dog look bad but unfortunately sometimes the comfort of the dog has to come before the vanity of the owner! Most people understand this and know that it’s just hair and will grow back but sadly some don’t and want to try and discredit me and even refuse to pay! Anyway, rant over! Have a great weekend!

GRASS SEEDS! I’ve been seeing lots of dogs with these horrible things all over them lately and the owners are unaware as you can’t see them unless you look for them, remember to check your dogs feet and ears after walkies as grass seeds can cause big problems if they travel through the skin 🐶
