This delightful little chap certainly lived up to his name ‘Buddy’ when he came for the day yesterday. His owners wanted to make sure I was happy tending to his particularly intense feeding schedule which I was happy to indulge. We’re looking forward to having him stop for longer, later in the year. (And yes, my poinsettia from Christmas is STILL looking pretty good too!) .
Slots are now booking up very fast now. Easter /April slots are still available.

How about this handsome young chap? This stunning Springer, Fletch, came for doggy day care yesterday whilst his owners were dancing at the Tower. He brought great joy to my Mum who is also visiting me too. Despite his troubled first few years, he’s become a trusting , gorgeous example of this vivacious breed. We had a great time playing with the tennis ball on the beach. Was sorry to see him go home. Would love to have you back to stay again next year.

Had a larger breed than I normally have book in with me for a few days recently. Dexter was very affectionate and loving, and we thought he perhaps wanted to be a lap dog as he loved draping himself over our legs when sat on the sofa. He loved slower walks, being groomed and chasing balls! He even looked a little trimmer too when we handed him back to his owners. Dexter, you gentle giant. You’re welcome back to stop any time. 🐾

Another glorious few days with Monty and Puggles over this last weekend. We taylored their activities according to their breed type, activity level, age and ambient temperature. It was a hot one this weekend !!! Absolutely loved having you back. Hope to see you again soon 🐾 🐾

A few photos from a couple of recent boarders. The delightful Springer Spaniel ‘Ralph’ whom I’m told has his own Insta account, and miniature Pinscher ‘Vlad’, a Romanian rescue dog. Vlad enjoyed a day out with us which ended in a refreshing walk at Granny’s Bay where he delighted several other walkers. Ralph was unable to go on the beach this time as he has a tendency to eat pretty much anything he finds 🙈🤦‍♀️, so just local walks for him . He loved being groomed with his grooming mit though. Absolutely in heaven . Both dogs are welcome back to stop anytime. Any enquiries, please message me. I have no availability for August and very limited September dates too but worth an ask in case of cancellation ( though I will post on here if I get any August dates come back up)

Had a lovely impromptu visit from my daughter and her new puppy Bella the other night. I’ll be both baby and dog sitting in a couple of months when my daughter goes back to work. Can’t wait. 🤰 🐶. Bella loved playing with some of the toys I have around and exploring the house and gardens. Really looking forward to seeing more of my daughter and new grand baby in the future too. Bella is only 4 months old and is already crate and house trained and walks to heel off lead. I’m very impressed with my daughter’s dog training skills. Feel free to contact me to check on my current availability. Please note, I only board a maximum of 2 dogs at a time from the same household. One of my regular boarders, Poppy, came to stay for the weekend last week. Here she is enjoying the sun in the back and having a little snooze on my partner’s lap. Poppy is soooo good walking on lead and loves curling up on the bed with us at night. I love having her stop. Until next time Poppy 👋 🐶🐾
