During the Christmas period many people are desperate for full grooming appointments and often we are full up around this time, making it difficult for some people to get their dogs pampered.

Please be considerate with you appointments and if you cannot make it to your appointment, try and let us know within 48 hrs so we can offer your appointment to someone else. Otherwise unfortunately you will loose your deposit :((

We know how hectic it can be this time of year but please think about other pooches who may be desperate for a groom! 🐶
