During this current heat wave I have decided to close for the next few days for the welfare of your dogs. The dryers are blowing hot air & even though I have a fan running, the room is very hot & stuffy. Please get in touch to re-book if you are due to come in during this heat wave

There will be a slight price increase from 1st June of £3.00 for all breeds to help cover the rising costs of grooming products, maintenance & replacement of salon equipment, utilities, insurance & ,tax etc.🙂

Dear customers, I will be opening tomorrow (full already) & observing strict health & safety measures.You will have to hand your dogs over outside & pick them up on my drive.Please make sure your dog is wearing a well fitting collar & lead that is a secure fit to avoid them slipping out of the collar.Please ring for an appointment between 10am - 4pm.There will be an extra £5.00 charge for matted dogs as they take longer to groom & matted coats blunt my blades.

🐾 CUSTOMER NOTICE 🐾

Dear customers,as promised, an update on the situation of all small business's closed due to Governments orders during covid 19 virus.

We are still ordered to stay closed until further notice by the Government.As with our own hairdressers being closed, it is only hair & we & our dogs will survive until we are allowed to re-open in a few weeks time.Keep brushing & combing your dogs thoroughly unless you are happy to have them shaved when you are finally allowed to book them in for grooming.As I say,it is only hair,& I can re-style them when you book them in for grooming.Please be aware that matted dogs will have to be shaved to avoid the pain & torture of being groomed out.Three months of matted coat cannot be saved.

As soon as we get permission to open,I would prefer that you would phone me on 01205 352440 rather than message me online as it is much easier for me.Thanks, Yvonne Xx

To all my loyal customers Due to the ongoing Pandemic, Corona Virus I have decided to close The Doggie Den for the next 2 weeks(updates will be given)

My husband has the lung disease COPD & I have kidney & heart disease so we have gone into self-isolation.I'm sorry to have to do this,but a bit of extra hair on the dog will do no harm.The Government is on the verge of closing down all non-essential shops,salons etc whether we like it or not, so we will not be alone in closing down for the immediate future.I will let you all know when it is safe to return to normal.Keep safe & take no chances as,sadly, the worst is yet to come.

Can I ask customers to postpone where possible,& to those who want to keep their appointments please DO NOT attend if you or anyone in your family are unwell. My husband has a serious lung desease (COPD)& cannot afford to contract Corona Virus. I will be taking your dogs from you outside as we are in isolation due to my husbands ill health. Thank you

Please bring your dogs wearing well fitting collars, leads or harnesses & leads as you will be handing them over outside.I will not be taking dogs from customers arms.Thank you
