*** Road Closure Notice ***

The road accessing us from Woolavington will be closed 24 hours a day, until Friday 15th December.

All clients are able to access the practice from the Cossington end of Brent Road.

We will place another post once the road is open as usual.

Please take care whilst driving into our car park as they will be working right outside.

With a little sadness, we take pleasure in making the following announcement.

We were finalising plans to send the letter below, via post or email, when we were made aware of a comment made on “Villagers of Polden Hills Discussion Group” posted by an “Anonymous Member”, yesterday evening, announcing the same.

We are saddened that we were not afforded the opportunity to share our news with our loyal clients, on our terms. However, we know that you will all show kindness and support for our decision and to our successor.

A massive thank you to Nigel and the national grid for supplying us with some power throughout the work they were doing in the villages today!

The affected times should be between 9.30am - 1.30pm

**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

The national grid are doing electrics in our area so our phones and computer systems may be affected at points throughout the day.

I will try and keep everyone updated with times.

We should be provided with a back-up supply so hopefully not too much of a disruption from our point, but if you are having difficulty contacting us please do keep trying.

We are very pleased that even before our extension we achieved ‘Gold’ as a cat friendly clinic. 4 years later and we are very proud of our facilities.

**Update**

The road is accessible from both sides now, but cars are being asked to park in the playing field car park and to walk over.

If your pet is visiting us and unable to walk far, please let the workers know and they will allow you to drive through.

Please insure all cats are in a secure carrier.

**Road Closure Notice**

This week Cossington lane is closed right outside our surgery. Coming from Woolavington is blocked but you can still get to us through Cossington via Brent Road.

These roadworks will be here until Friday evening.

**UPDATE**

Nearly 8.5 hours later the constant noise/high pitched sound has finally stopped (hopefully).

Due to the high pitched noise from a caravan alarm in Gardners Business Park we have been unable to hospitalise any patients.

The situation remains unchanged until further notice. Sedgemoor Council have been unable to help us in this matter.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to our clients and patients.
