Happy New Year Everyone!! I’m a bit behind with booking appointments but will be going through everything later today and contacting clients waiting. Please accept my apologies if I haven’t responded to texts or messages. my old man Dexter crossed the rainbow bridge a couple of days ago. ** Please Read **
Normal service at Chew Barkers has resumed as sadly my mother passed away. I am away for a week from 3rd Nov to have a little relax as I haven’t really had any quality time off recently. On my return I will be working normally but sticking to 4 days working and only 2 Saturdays a month. My Saturday people need to pre book their appts as in the past I’ve bent over backwards to accommodate everyone and ended up working far more than 2 a month. So if you can do a week day instead it would be useful. Happy to chat at everyone’s next appt to see what they need. Also…. The dresses C word is just around the corner@ so any adhoc booking clients should contact me if they want their dogs groomed before Christmas. Thanks everyone. Pic for attention Betsy 🐾🐾

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

Hi everyone.

Returned back to work from my hols and have been working like crazy to fit everyone in. I’m making and apology as I’ve not been great at bookings recently or I’m taking longer than normal to return message people. I’ve come home to a very poorly mother who needs a great deal of care and who is attending many hospital appts. I’m going to reduce the hours I work temporarily until this situation resolves itself. This means that the wait time for an appt if you book adhoc is going to increase I’m afraid. For those who prebook This shouldn’t affect you too much. I’m also going to do my best not to mess anyone around but inevitably I might need to cancel and move appts around to accommodate mums appts. Please bear with me during this time as it’s only temporary.

If anyone is waiting on an appt please give me a nudge!
