Last up today, I got to meet the gorgeous Kobe (another Pomeranian!) and his lovely owner.

Kobe has been being groomed at home for a while, so hasn't been to a groomer in a few years. He was a little anxious to start with, but luckily he loves cuddles so we spent some time getting to know each other first. He soon relaxed into his groom and enjoying himself. He was an absolute superstar, love you Kobe!

This morning started off with Daisy, a Pomeranian, in for a de-shed and full hand scissor 💜

Daisy was a very good girl, and enjoyed lots of cuddles and showered me in kisses throughout her groom!

Today I remembered to take pictures!

Another day of gorgeous Doggies 😍 Treats all round for these superstars!

Skye & Betsy, both returning for their second grooms with me, and it was a pleasure to see them both again! Skye settled much quicker today than last time, and remembered about the cuddles, and Betsy was thrilled to be back and came bounding in! And then didn't want to leave!

Lovely regular Luna, always a dream to groom 😍 she knows the drill as I've been grooming her since she was a puppy!

Last up was Ted who I teamed up with Good Houndkeeping for today, so we could safely give him a comfort groom. Ted has been struggling with his grooming as he's getting older, and it's safer and kinder for him to have 2 groomers, and a shorter haircut. Well done Ted!

First big boy groom for Asbo! ✔️

We had a few discussions about the differences between a chew toy and a groomer, but Asbo smashed it!

He wasn't fazed at all by any of the grooming process, as he had learned all about what to expect during his puppy grooms, which he also aced!

Who remembers gorgeous Winston? Well today he was back, with brother Baxter.

I groomed beautiful Baxter today, whilst Pam Ruff & Ready groomed wonderful Winston.

Last day of looking after Kerrys Good Houndkeeping dogs today, and I was lucky enough to meet Sid & Fergus 🩵

I groomed Sid, whilst Pam Ruff & Ready groomed brother Fergus. Both super behaved gorgeous boys!

Sid was an absolute superstar for me today, and we had a lovely morning getting to know eachother :)

Sid hasn't been well recently so has some shaved patches from the vets, on his tummy and on his leg!

This morning was spent with sisters 'Binx the Minx' and 'Lovely Luna' 🤣

Both girls are in the middle stages of growing out their fringes so at the moment they are in a bit of a stickie-outie phase, with hair bands in odd placements 🤣 it's worth the wait though girls I promise. Their owner keeps it clipped back at home so it doesn't annoy them 💜

Luna was as lovely as always and little miss Binx the Minx deserves huge praise today, as she is already making progress with me around her feet (the bit she hates most!) and the paddy she threw about today was much smaller than the one she threw last time 🤣 Firm but fair handling, and lots of love, we will get there Binxy 💜

Please pay particular attention to the cancellation and no show policy.

Late cancellations I can't fill and no shows directly impact my income, and means those on the waiting list miss out on an opportunity.

I don't want to get grumpy, but it is frustrating and I really don't want to have to start taking deposits from everyone, existing clients included.

Perfect Springers Phoebe and Ozzie 💜

I love this pair beyond words, and have been grooming Oz for many years! The family then introduced Pheobs and I've had the pleasure of seeing them both ever since.

Oz is a very handsome entire male, with the most perfect coat, so his groom is a tight scissor trim.

Pheobe was spayed and since then her coat has been a bit fluffy, so looks much smarter clipped off short.

I'm back, refreshed and ready for work!

I will be getting back to people who have left me messages, over the weekend.

The sun was shining (for the most part, it is Wales after all!) I spent a lot of time on Dolphin Spotting Boat trips, and walking the magnificent coastline with my perfect little family. Dan spoiled me for my birthday, and the dogs were the best boys and enjoyed their holidays.

⚠️ Closed for Holiday ⚠️

I will be off work from Thursday 18th April and back to work on Monday 29th April.

My diary is being left at home and I intend to be on my phone *as little as possible* to fully relax and enjoy my holiday with my little family.

I hope you understand that it's not because I don't love you all (I do) I just need to mentally switch off every now and then!

All messages will be replied to on the weekend 27th and 28th before restarting work on the Monday.

By a few of you being super organised and pre-booking for the entire year (thank you so much!) my diary is starting to look pretty full in the coming months.

I've started messaging some of you to suggest pre-booking the rest of the year so you don't miss out on appointments. If you would like to do this (recommended!) please do get in touch.

I don't want to think about it just yet but December and the 'c' word is always mega busy and is already booking up!

A new home and a new hair-do for little Rio 🩵

Rio has recently been rehomed by a wonderful lady I have known for years (I used to groom her previous dog, who is very much missed).

Now he's settled in to his new home, it was time to give him a bit of a transformation. Rio coped well for his first groom, and looks totally adorable 🥰

My beautiful boy Bertie came to see me today 🩵

Bertie has been through a lot recently, after suffering a horrific attack by another dog. He had multiple bite wounds all over his body and lots of shaved patches from the vet. Despite letting him recover and his wounds heal, and his coat being so long his mum has done an exceptional job at keeping him as mat free as always!

Bertie Boo was his normal happy self, and as normal, showered me with kisses throughout his groom.

Thank you so much to Bertie and his mum for my birthday money too, so kind 🥰
