Not much walking was done today. This heatwave is getting a little old now! Lots of fun was had though - hanging out in the shade with friends is always a nice way to spend an afternoon.

It was definitely a good day to actually enjoy the sun today - a nice cooling breeze and intermittent clouds meant normal service could resume and Pepper certainly enjoyed herself. 💜🐾🐾

TGI Friday! It's been an exceptionally long week with a back that couldn't bend and I just wanted to thank everyone for their words of kindness. All doggos have been extra good doggos this week and I will be back fighting fit by Monday after a weekend of rest 😊
