AD – Can you believe it’s been 5 weeks since Daisy’s kittens made their debut to the world?🐱

They’ve now moved from their quiet cosy birth room, into a bigger playroom, where they have more space and access to a whole host of toys to stimulate their senses. Now in the second growth stage, they have started to learn key social skills by interacting with their litter mates and also through observing their mother.

Did you know that one of the most captivating characteristics of the Ragdoll breed is their amazing bright blue eyes? 👀💙

AD – This ragdoll kitten from Daisy’s litter is now 3 weeks old. ♥

At this stage Anna, their owner, keeps them in a clean, calm and warm environment so the kittens feel safe. At this point in their growth, they are still heavily reliant on Daisy, their mother, to provide nutrition, warmth and comfort so they don't stray too far from her side. 🐈

Over the next couple of weeks, the kittens will start weaning – this is when the kittens' physical development will speed up. Keep tuned to see as they become more independent 👀

This weekend, we’re heading to the Bath Championship Dog Show, where some amazing dogs will begin the qualifying stages for a chance to shine on the grandest stage of all.

Each dog that competes is judged against the Kennel Club Breed Official Standard to see how closely they match with their overall appearance, structure, and temperament and then award those dogs which fit it thebest. 🐩🐕

In the spirit of Global Autism Awareness Month, through the Royal Canin Foundation, we will be funding a first of kind research project with Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland, to improve inclusion for neurodivergent students in school environments. 🏫📚🐕

Five trained School Support Dogs will be placed across Irish Primary Schools to assess their impact on learning outcomes and social and emotional wellbeing. ♥

We have been the charity’s nutritional partner for several years, fuelling the dogs as they go about their incredible work in improving the lives of children with autism. We hope to make a better world for children with autism, and of course, the dogs we serve. 💞
