This week has not been good for me 😔... started off with a bad back at the weekend which has put a stop to some work and a lesson for myself and Sox. Absolutely gutted. Had chiropractor and acupuncture treatment today and hopefully on the road to recovery. Been an ongoing occurrence for me with back pain and its so frustrating and really gets me down.😔 Had MRI and blood tests,all came back clear thankfully which has led it down to being mechanical back pain and I must stretch more and get more active! I feel we always focus so much on our horses 🐴 bodies and their physios and fitness plans that we forget ourselves. So look after yourselves people! Now set to getting into a new healthier routine and looking after myself more and doing my stretches!. On the plus side sox has been cute and Jed (my boyfriend) rode him for me. Also got some new xc boots on the way for my boy and planning for our first ODE at Swalcliffe on 2nd August 😄

Sox has enjoyed his little holiday and change of scenery for the week. He's been a good boy living at one of my work places and making new friends. 🐴😊 He enjoyed splashing through the river ❤️
