Patsy’s Pets is a dog walking and animal care service based in Chesterfield. Opening hours:
Monday- Friday : 7am-7pm
Saturday : 10-3pm
Sunday : CLOSED
Bank Holidays : 9am - 3pm

I am available to be contacted between the times stipulated above. If I don’t answer your call please leave a voicemail with your enquiry and I’ll aim to get back to you the same day. Please try

not to message after my closing time, unless it’s an emergency. Any enquiries after 7pm will be answered to once I am back to work the following day.

Yesterday Jasmine sent me a text saying ‘pub’ and it’s one of those questions that you don’t say no to isn’t it?😂

Jasmine is currently looking after Bertie, and I took my flora and we had a couple of Gins in the sun to end a nice busy week🥰

I’ve made some changes to next weeks schedules, so if you haven’t recieved a text from me then just drop me a message and I’ll send over the new schedules set for this weeks heatwave☀️

In light of next weeks high temperatures, we will be looking at starting walks earlier for the dogs and arranging home visits where possible in afternoons!
I’ll be in contact today to arrange the schedules for next week, if everyone could make sure to be on hand to sort, this would be great🤍

Happy Father’s Day to all human dads & dog dads out there.

No matter whom you’re a dad to, it’s all hard work no matter what and you’re smashing it & just know your little ones appreciate you with everything you do!

I wish I could say the same for Flora, she’s dadless and doesn’t appreciate the many suitors I make us go on dates with, so she’ll be stuck with me for life at this rate 🤪 which is also appreciation to the mums out there doing both, you’re all queens💫🤍

‼️Invoices‼️

Ahead of invoices being sent out tomorrow, I’d just like to take the time to tell clients they may notice an increase in some charges. I have managed to speak to some clients about this increase but not all!
Some it may have changed for some it may not effect!

Going forwards our charges for group walks are as follows:

£12 - 1 hour group walk
£16 - 1 hour (2 dogs from the same household)

The price increase is in line with the national minimum wage increasing and as I have staff to pay it is now coming in at more than our hourly rate!
I haven’t had a price increase for my hour walks in 6 years, so I do hope people will respect this decision, I’ve held off a price increase for as long as possible!

So to all you new people I thought I’d do you a cheeky face behind the account🥰

I’m the boss, Patsy! Very old at the ripe age of 27😆 I’ve run Patsy’s Pets for 9 years now, but have been in the animal care industry for 10+ having worked in a local pet shop, gaining knowledge on all things animals and nutrition!
I started this business on the back of getting diagnosed with a spinal problem and wanting to be more active whilst being around the things I love the most!

I love walking, the outdoor & you can often find me on weekends enjoying walks in the peaks maybe with a cheeky pub stop at the end🤪 in my spare time you’ll find me at the gym, walking more or attempting to sit still for 5 mins🤣

A total of 40 dogs walked yesterday, has to be the busiest day we’ve had😅🫶🏼 So many new faces joining, thank you everyone for their support🤍 I have also still got so many people to get back to, so bare with I’m making my way through🥰

Our first adventure day was yesterday! The dogs had the best time, behaved ever so well! I even loved doing them a packed lunch of tuna sandwiches and mini cheddars🤣 My next adventure group is Saturday 27th Jan, we have two spaces left to grab on this day🐾♥️
