This was a ramp replacement done recently for a customer. The ramp had taken in a lot of water over its time causing the inside to turn to mush. The exterior of the GRP visually makes the ramp look ok but when manoeuvring you could feel that the core had gone and needed replacing.

How many times do you check on the health of your horse box? Do you check your ramps or flooring enough?

Here we have a customers horse box which we have worked on a number of times in the past. Unfortunately the customer is having to sell their vehicle so decided to bring it to us for a little overhaul in the horse area. As you can see in the images the before and afters. We completely scrubbed the inside of the horse area and cleaned out thoroughly. Removed and replaced all the tired EVA panels to brand new ones then sealed throughout. We stripped off the torn vinyl covering on the breast bar and replaced to look as good as new.

One of our latest jobs complete for another extremely happy customer.

This lorry was brought to us with an extremely unsafe ramp. This ramp had been built and deteriorated very easily due to the boards being left open to the elements and the carpet acting like a sponge to the rain soaking through.

We completely stripped the ramp back as shown in the images. We re boarded the ramp and then replaced the carpet method with a 4 way non slip rubber matting. We replaced all the aluminium for new treads and then capped the edging preventing anything getting to the new boards.

One of our latest projects completed for a very happy customer. The lorry was brought into us purely designed for transporting horses as shown in the first couple of images.

We was given the task to transform this by adding a living area to the front of the lorry. With lots of planning, welding, and panelling we have the final result further down our images.

We installed a base unit to house the Dometic Combi Gas Cooker and Sink with all the workings underneath but still giving some storage. To the other side we constructed a pull out bed, which also houses the leisure battery system for the lighting. There is also a great amount of storage beneath this area too. This area just needs to be upholstered which is being done by the customer.
