** PART TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY **
Due to expanding the team, one permanent part-time kennel and cattery assistant vacancy has become available.
This will be for a minimum of two days a week, covering both weekdays and weekends with the potential for additional days during peak holidays.
Previous experience of working with animals is required. Own transport would be required due to our remote location with no public transport.
Some of the duties involved would include:
- Feeding cats and dogs
- Cleaning kennels
- Cleaning cat pens
- Exercising dogs both individually and in groups in all weathers
- Bathing/rinsing dogs
- Washing bowls/laundry
- Daily cleaning/housekeeping tasks
- Working both as a team and independently to care for all of our 4-legged friends 🐶🐱

It's mixed emotions for the BBK team as it's time to say farewell to Chloe, who is donning her backpack (once she decides what to pack) and off to travel the world. Chloe has been with us for over 2 and a half years and is an amazing team member and friend, she is so appreciated and will be missed by all but we wish her all the best on her adventures. In the words of Chloe herself 'It's not goodbye, it's see you later' x
