My daughter has been diagnosed with a medical condition that requires daily medication and extra support - therefore Dogs by Laura will not be reopening until the foreseeable.

Me and my little princess had our first day out together today (with out daddy) … which means I can now drive! I start physiotherapy next month for my back and legs but it’s all looking up! And life’s getting easier 🩷

Therefore Dogs By Laura will re-open in January 2026 🎉🎉

A little update:

‼️I’ve been referred to a spinal specialist‼️

I am going to have to make the heartbreaking decision to temporarily shut 💔

This will only be till I am full recovered!

🐶 Update 🐶

As you all know I’ve been waiting on some test results to come back to determine when I will be reopening.

I’ve got a small hernia in my spine which is a tad uncomfortable at times 😬

I will be starting physiotherapy soon and a review in 6 weeks to determine if I need any further treatment.

In the mean time I’m putting a plan in place to get reopened!

Jay will be coming on board as my washer / dryer! (Don’t worry even for this he will be trained up!)

I will keep you all in the loop and thank you all so much for being patient 🥰

I hope everyone is well 🩷

I was originally planning on returning back to work in August, but unfortunately I am still not recovered and still undergoing hospital appointments regularly. I’m hoping in the next few months I will get answers and get on the road to a full recovery.

I will be taking 6 weeks off work to spend time with my little girl and Jay, and I will let everyone know the exact date I will be returning to work via social media ☺️
