Hi all!

Just to say I have extremely limited availability now for the summer. Please note I will be taking 3 weeks leave over the summer holidays so you may wish to ask for your dogs haircut to be shorter than usual as the knock on effect will be a 3 week wait on top of your usual schedule. E.g a 6 weeker will not be groomed for at least 9 weeks.

Also a polite notice that I do not rebook no shows or late cancellations without a 50% payment for the appointment missed. This is a standard practice amongst most self employed professionals in any industry and is not personal, just a protection of my income. Please respect my time as I respect yours 😊

That’s me all done for Christmas 🥳🙌🏻

It’s been such a busy year for me, so much so I had to close my books - something I’d never imagined happening! Thanks to all of my loyal customers for recommending me and championing my work. But, most importantly to me, for respecting my time and skills so much so that they’d tell friends and family they must bring their pups to be groomed by me. It really is a proud feeling 🥰

Once again I am overwhelmed with all of the gifts I have received over this month - I could actually open my own wine bar I reckon 😅 all the wrapped gifts are waiting to be opened on Christmas Day but I want to say Thankyou in advance. I’m feeling very appreciated right now!

I hope everyone has enjoyed seeing their dogs Christmas photos! I’m wishing you all a wonderful Christmas time and the happiest of new years. Time for me to spend some time with my little family and enjoy the special moments 💕🎄🎅🏼

I’ve spent half an hour this morning trying to catch a dog running down the Coundon wedge road but he’s way too fast. Red/ ginger Cockapoo with an orange collar on. Last seen running into the Amazon site where I lost him. Sorry to whoever’s missing him he was just too quick and it was pitch black ☹️ this was at 5.30 but please share as someone will be missing their baby 😢

⭐️📚 CLOSING MY BOOKS 📚⭐️

I have made the decision to close my books to new customers. I am so grateful for all of the recommendations I receive almost daily (!) however I really am at maximum capacity for now 😅

What this means for you ❓❓❓

I strongly advise all customers wether on 6, 8 or even 12 week schedules - mainly long haired breeds - to be booking at least 2 appointments in to make sure you have a day and time to suit you best. If you visit on a longer than 12 week schedule, I will always try my best to accommodate but I cannot guarantee an appointment due to my current workload.

Please can I also remind customers that I require AT LEAST a 24 hour notification of cancellation. Preferably 48 hours. This allows me time to try and fill the appointment and not lose out on wages in a world which is becoming more and more expensive 😣 please remember I have rising costs as well as everyone else, and just one missed groom has a huge impact on self employment wage.
