Based in the countryside near Denny, Stirlingshire, we have over 40 years experience in animal pampering. Currently, we are undergoing a complete overhaul of the business but still retaining the Burnside roots of crisp customer service, complete dedication and most importantly a fantastic experience for both you and your pets!
We are developing a boutique hotel experience for all of your animals so please watch out for future developments throughout the year.
Brand new heating by air source heat units, complete lowered ceilings with high-grade insulation, resin flooring throughout the East and West Wings and The Residence, new cattery (currently being installed) with world destination themes in each suite, new lighting, mood lighting, air plants, modern online booking system, Audiobook bedtime stories for the dogs, New reception (currently being installed), New kitchen, State of the art CCTV system, Instagram, New bedding, Photoshoot opportunities, Mountain Hikes, Agility Exercise play centre (December 2020).
We are open 50 weeks a year as of the 31st July 2020.
