She was a great woman who I had many laughs & many cups of tea with... half of this is for you Wendy... & the other half is for my friend Ange, for her dad & the people we have lost or are living with this horrible disease so this....

Sometimes we need to start again. And it doesn't matter. This beautiful cocker poo had gone longer than normal and being typical poo . There fur soon matts up .. he felt lovely afterwards . No extra cost from me for matted coats.

Don't panic over matting on your dogs... dont think us groomers will hate you! I don't charge extra for matted dogs as its my job to fix , help & educate you on your dogs coat. It's happens . This lovely lady had not been groomed for 4 months & she took 45 mins to shave off. She will be on a regular grooming schedule now that the owner knows...
