❄Our kennels are perfect and cool! ❄
We have some day boarding spaces free tomorrow, so feel free to call and book in your pooch for a day with us if you want to enjoy the Norfolk show without the worry of the heat!! Day boarders can arrive from 8am (with prior permission!) So you can enjoy a full day at the show without guilt and we are only a few minutes down the road to collect them at our usual close time of 4:30 🌞🥰🐾

Just a quick reminder to all our customers coming to visit us over the next couple of days, it's the Norfolk Show Wednesday and Thursday. The A47 tends to get very busy during the peak times and delays are very likely. Please allow plenty of time for your journey 🐾🐕🐶

It's been an exciting day!!!! Our little shop in reception has expanded, with our main focus being natural and healthy treats 🥰 make sure you have a look when you're checking in/out or just passing by!!! We have some taster samples too!!! 👀

You don't need to be a boarding customer either, anyone can feel free to drop by anytime you like!
There will be a new toy stand with lots of toys arriving over the next week, so make sure to come have a look!!! 🐕💕🥰🐾

Please remember we do try capture everyone, but it is a mammoth task, we NEVER miss dogs intentionally, here are some reasons why a dog may be missed:

🦴 Our biggest preventative is the weather! Our phone stays hidden up in the rain which as you know we have plenty! 🌧☔
🦴Sometimes they come out too blurry
🦴We have had a phone broken due to a crash landing before!
🦴Phones maybe on charge (also not uncommon for no storage due to so many dog photos 😂🐕)
🦴Sometimes we are having such a blast with the guests we just forget 🤦🏻‍♀️😂
🦴Typical dog people we hate our photos being taken! So if a guest likes being in our laps or up close, you don't want to see our faces popping up 😂

And as always caring for our guests is our most important task 🥰🐕🐾💕 which we hope shows by our photos of all our guests having the best time! 🌞🥳

⚠️Booking Problems: We're on It!⚠️

We're currently experiencing some significant IT system hiccups. As animal lovers, not tech whizzes, we're doing our best to get back on track! It's like trying to teach an old dog new tricks - we're not wired for this tech wizard stuff! 🧙🏻‍♂️

Rest assured, current bookings remain unaffected, and we're still 100% operational. However, our email inbox is overflowing with over 100 messages daily, creating a backlog that's testing our patience. It's like drinking from a firehose, but we're working diligently to clear the queue. 📧

Our top priority remains your beloved pets, and we dedicate most of our day to ensuring they have an amazing time with us. As you know, they come before phones or computers! We used to check the phone several times a day, but now, even assigning someone full-time to manage it is a challenge. This is OUR problem, and we're working hard to resolve it. ☎️

Unfortunately, this means we're taking longer to respond to your inquiries, and for that, I offer my sincerest apologies. Please be assured we're working tirelessly to find new solutions and fix these IT glitches. 🖥

To help us manage the influx of messages, please consider the following: if you need to contact us, kindly either email or call and leave a message, but please only do one or the other, and only once. If you leave a message, our system sends us an email as well, so if you email and call, we receive three messages from you! It's like trying to keep track of a dozen puppies! 🐕

Some customers are leaving multiple messages, which is impacting our response time. I apologize for the inconvenience and assure you we're working on a solution. Our aim is to respond to your inquiries within 24 hours to confirm your booking and discuss your pet's stay with us. 🐇

For urgent matters and to check on guests on holiday with us (not bookings), please call 07935 568829 and we'll do our best to assist you. Please reserve this number for emergencies only - we don't want to be like the boy who cried wolf! 🐺
