That's me back to reality today. First day back in after holidays and feeling a little overwhelmed with messages and phone calls to get back to.

Special shout out to newbie Hector. Everyone knows I love my giant breeds as well as my little fluffies. They don't come much bigger this boy. The bigger the dog, the bigger the heart and the bigger the kisses. Until your next visit new friend 🥰

Believe it or not...this is an anxious dog.

All dogs can be professionally groomed when introduced correctly.

We offer one to one or quieter appointments for those who need a slower pace and less distractions to get used to the whole experience.

Professional grooming is a high stimulation process and most dogs will never truly "love" the experience but will tolerate and accept the positive feeling after grooming is complete once trust and routine is built.

🐾 Desensitization to any triggers (ie. Noises, touch)

🐾 Slow gentle calm movements

🐾 Allow dog to explore new tools at their pace (ie. Clippers, dryers, brushes)

🐾 Positive reinforcement

🐾 Working within your dogs limitations.

"Why do labradors come to get groomed...they dont get a haircut?"

Pictures say it all 😂 give your hoover a break and get your double coated breeds along for a bath and de-shedding treatment.

Not posted in so long. Will be doing updates more often and getting back to taking as many photos of everyone's visits as I can.

Thanks to all for putting up with me as always. The last year or so has been hectic but I am now finally back to working full time hours 🥰🥰🥰

Many of my favourites have had to go else where and although sad to see them go completely understandable, the door will always remain open and hope to see familiar faces, as well as new faces.

Anyway just an appreciation post and to advise June and July are almost fully booked even with my added hours. Only a select few appointments available from 13th June onwards currently.🐩✂️🐶
