I'd like to say thank you to my all the customers I've served over my 5 years working here. I've had the most amazing time and I'm so sad to be leaving, definitely going to miss chatting with all my regulars and playing with your pups🐾

Today is my last day in the shop and I'll soon be starting my zookeeper apprenticeship at Drusillas which I'm super excited about. So if you're ever there make sure to look out for me, I'd love to see you!🤍

Also a huge thank you to everyone I've worked with in my time here, it really has been the loveliest place to be✨️

Unfortunately we've just received some upsetting news which we have been asked to share to Facebook in hopes of finding the right people.

We had a lady pop into the shop this afternoon to say she witnessed a young, female tabby cat knocked over in Green Street. She took her straight to the vets however she sadly didn't make it.

She doesn't have Facebook herself so asked us to share as she, and we'd hate the thought of someone waiting for her to come home💗

Holly is thinking about Valentine’s Day already and she wants to make sure all of her fellow furry friends are kept safe!

Please remember that lilies (all parts, including the water they’re in) are extremely toxic to cats! Did you know that lilies are actually toxic to dogs too (although rarely fatal, unlike cats)? In cats it causes acute renal failure which can lead to seizures. In dogs it causes vomiting, diarrhoea, excessive drooling and sometimes pawing at the face due to oral irritation. There are other flowers that are more mildly toxic to cats, so just be careful about which ones you select.

Chocolates are another common gift, make sure that these are kept well out of reach. The higher the cocoa content, the more toxic it is, which can lead to vomiting, diarrhoea, tremors, seizures and heart issues.

Prevention is always better than cure ❤️🐾
