Mama Goose came for a cuddle today. Absolutely love this girl and her temperamental attitude. She’s the reason I make a fist when I put my hand up to them. Just in case she’s woke up on the wrong side and decides to latch onto a finger.
100% accepts any mouse I introduce her to. She’s my go to when I’m introducing new young mice.
70% of the time she likes us. That 30% keeps us on our toes 😂🤍🐭
The calm before the storm. Thought I’d treat to another millet, hoping they have matured a little since the last time. Fully expecting everyone to steal pieces and start squeaking like maniacs. These girls are crazy for mullet it seems 😂 🩷🐭
First time getting them to come to me. Guava and Cherry was the only ones interested to start with.
The only 3 that’s would hold still for a picture. Lychee, Apple and Olive. They are all growing so fast! 🩷🩵🐭

Day 14. Look at Lychee! He’s so stunning and chill. He really does take after his dad. Only two have eyes open but I’m sure all will do by the end of the night. Luckily this boy has a home to go to when the times right. 🩵🩷🐭
Day 12. Lychee has some serious curl coming through! I do believe plum, apricot and kiwi are a mock choc colour as both parents have the c-dilute gene. Plum is just so sweet and chill that I’m not sure how I’m going to part with her 🩵🩷🐭
The last 3 boys are stil available.
Day 10. The little ones are up and about walking now. Apricot had a little wonder about the chair and Kiwi charged on wards trying to get out of my hands 🩵🩷🐭
Day 9. Hand full of babies because they won’t stay still for individual photos. So far Iv seen one pied with tan markings and a dark blue/black with tan underside.
Day 8. The girls are so easy to deal with. Put them down and they stay. Two of the boys on the other hand. Kiwi and lychee just wants to go! Caught me off guard when they up and ran 🩶🐭
Day 7. One week old today. This litter is certainly darker than I expected. Fell ike we missed out on some variety. I am still excited to see any fox/tan babies
Day 6.
The girls. Temporary names will be given to tell them apart as they are quite similar so far.
Left to right:
Apricot- lightest pied girl with standard coat
Olive- darker pied girl with standard coat
Cherry- the only Rex girl
Plum- standard coat
I think it’s safe to assume they are all going to be different shades of blue
All girls have homes once it’s time to leave
Day 6.
Our pile of boys…cause they wouldn’t lay next to each other. I guess boys will be boys.
Top to bottom:
Lychee- Rex coat and the second lightest boy
Apple- standard coat and the lightest boy
Guava- Rex coat and the darkest boy
Kiwi- standard coat with pied markings
2-3 boys looking for homes when the time comes as I may be keeping one of them myself.
Day 5. They develop so quick! Looks to be a black boy. One of the boys is super active and would not sit still! I can see a few pied and a few Rex so far
Day 4. Looks like a silver/blue litter. I was expecting blue but that’s still a lot of blue! Can also see the crazy curly whiskers now.
Day 3. A bit of a better picture. Can see the darker colours start to come in. I’m complaining now that they don’t hold still. They are only going to get more wriggly from now on.
Day 2! Worst picture ever. Really do need to sort out the lighting and a better camera. Still not sure on genders but I do know we have one Rex girl!

A couple of our pretty ladies. Badger and our youngest Manta-Raye. It’s not often I get two out but they was being so cute. It’s even cuter when all 6 girls join in 🥰🐭🩶
That’s Tundra in her nursing bin cage. She’s so big! Any guesses on how many she’s having? I’m sure Newt will miss all the nests she made for them both to sleep in.
Not the best pictures but I can confirm babies are due in a weeks time! Completely forgot to update and post. Can’t wait for these babies from these two. They are both gorgeous mice 🐭🩶🩵
It’s not the best. But the 6 girls (4 rescue mums and 2 babies) are all together now! It’s taken a few days but I’m now confident they are all ok in the tank. I’m so happy to see mama Goose accepted by her sisters again. I’m also over the moon that they have all accepted Sparrow being she is still quite small. It’s not too bad now she’s caught up to only 10 grams less than everyone else. I think this tank will always be a work in progress. I’ll never be happy with it. But they love it currently.
Manta-Raye is home! Intros with mama Goose and Sparrow went so well! Actually very well. No squeaking or running. Fell asleep together within 15 mins and now they are exploring the new cage setup. Thank you to Eevee's Mousery for allowing me to have such easy mice 😂
The joy of this boy. He is so noisy! Whenever I disturb him he’s just chatting away to me. He doesn’t know me yet so must be telling me he doesn’t appreciate my presence. Either that or he’s just a very chatty boy. Newt is just so cute! 🩵🐭
The day came! Picked my boy up yesterday. Was a lovely day out. Couldn’t ask for better from this boy. Even though everything is so new, he’s been so confident and exploring. Even came for a cuddle this morning. Props to Libby for the amazing work she’s put into her mice to have a boy like this. I’m blown away with him.

Finally picked a name for him. It’s only taken me 4 weeks of constantly changing it.
Woke up thinking about Harry Potter so choose his name from the prequel… NEWT!
Kind of feel like I missed out on a Star Wars name giving I picked him up on May 4th but I’m committed to Newt as a name 😅
The females I haven’t mentioned yet. My original 5. Was six but sadly lost my baby Java. We have Raven (black) Norse (grey fox) Perigrin (chocolate pied) and then the twins. Who I can’t tell apart, Runa and Navy (poor splash)
Rescue mums woke up for some millet. Well 3 did. Hex is still sleeping and Goose gave me her b***y to take a picture of like the little problem mouse she is 🤍🖤🩶🐭
4 days till he comes home! It amazes me how much more gorgeous he’s gotten in just a week. I’m completely in love with his markings. His colours come along so well. He looks so soft and cuddly
