Our site encourage the use of mobile phones in designated areas only. We also do not allow smoking on site due to flammable substances and materials and ask that smokers utilise our smoking shelters.

Environmental targets have been set and are detailed in the Project Management Plan.

This project is subject to a BREEAM 2011 – Very Good assessment, and therefore there are additional waste targets to be met.
• Construction waste production (excluding demolition and excavation waste) of less than 7.5 m³/100m² or 6.5 tonnes/100m2. There is a compaction ratio of 60% which is factored into the BREEAM calculation.
• At least 85% by volume (90% by tonnage) of non-hazardous construction waste (includes construction and excavation waste) generated by the project will be diverted from landfill
• At least 85% by volume (95% by tonnage) of non-hazardous demolition waste generated by the project will be diverted from landfill.

At the moment we are on track to meet these requirements.
