You may never have seen behind the consultation room in a veterinary practice.

So take a look at the work our vets and nurses do on the front line every day to look after animals in veterinary practices, hospitals, in the field and on call - so that they receive the best possible care.

Thanks to Molly Case for the poem you have written about our profession.

Did you know?

In England from 10 June 2024 it will be compulsory to have your cat microchipped from 20 weeks of age (there is no minimum age). Many kittens are microchipped at the same time as being spayed or neutered, when they are already under general anaesthetic. Making sure your kitten is microchipped before they go outside for the first time is essential for peace of mind.

Cats like to wander! The procedure to microchip your cat is quick and painless and makes it easy for veterinary practices to identify who they belong to, if they stray too far.

Each year we choose a charity to support and this year we are delighted to be supporting Guide Dogs.
In an increasingly cashless society, the Pennies digital donation option offers you an opportunity to make a micro-donation to charity when paying by card or digital wallet for your pet's treatment. Simply choose 'yes' (or no) when paying, and be assured that 100% of funds raised goes to this very worthy charity.
